Our design process is structured to provide a smooth, collaborative experience while ensuring each detail of your custom piece is thoughtfully considered and expertly executed.
Initial Consultation
We'll schedule a consultation to define the core elements of your design. This includes a discussion of the intended style, tone, dimensions, and preferred wood species. This conversation lays the foundation for a piece that is both functional and aesthetically aligned with your space.
Design Deposit
The process begins with a $500 non-refundable design deposit. This deposit covers the development of detailed renderings and stain samples customized to your project.
CAD Drawing & Design Review
You'll receive two rounds of CAD drawings to ensure your design is precisely what you envision.
- Initial Design A preliminary rendering based on our consultation.
- Final Revisions A second round to incorporate your feedback and finalize any design specifications or alterations.
Stain Sample Selection
We provide a curated selection of physical stain samples based on your chosen wood type. You'll review these samples in person and approve the finish that best complements your environment.
Final Rendering & Build Deposit
Once all revisions are complete and the final rendering is approved, we require a 50% build deposit. This confirms your project in our production schedule, and we begin construction with full confidence that every detail has been refined and approved.
