Once you place your order, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a link to schedule your consultation. You will also have the option to opt out of the consultation, if you choose.
What if there is something I want to design into my table that it isn’t listed?
Once you place your order, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a link to schedule your consultation. During your consultation call, you can request changes or enhancements to your table. Whether you want a different type of wood, additional accents or an unlisted size, we’re happy to work with you. Please note that changes may impact the cost of the table, which will also be discussed on your call.
Can I have a design consultation before I place my order?

How do I clean my table?
We finish each piece with plant-based ingredients derived from natural oils and waxes. Because of its natural makeup, it’s important to avoid commercial cleaners and harsh chemicals that can weaken the finish. To keep your table clean, simply dust regularly with a soft dry cotton cloth. When necessary, you can wipe it down with a slightly damp cloth. For stains and spills, we include a complementary Care Kit with each piece. Please refer to our Care page for detailed instructions.
Can I ship to an address other than my billing address?
Yes, simply enter the desired destination on the shipping information page at checkout.
Can I ship oversees?
Unfortunately, our shipping is limited to the continental United States.
Can I return my table after it’s delivered?
Because we custom-build each table, we do not accept returns. To ensure you’re completely satisfied before placing your order, we recommend ordering a swatch kit to feel the wood and see each stain in person. You can also discuss any concerns or special requests during your initial design consultation after you place your order. If you discover a defect in the material or craftsmanship within the first 30 days of receiving your table, we’ll fix it for free. Simply reach out via the Contact page, and we’ll make any necessary repairs or adjustments.
How do I know my table will fit into my home?
Most of our table tops and bases are shipped separately, and our white glove delivery team will complete final assembly once its in your home. We will confirm delivery dimensions on your design consultation call to prevent any issues. In advance, its important that you measure hallways, doors and stairwells that our delivery team will need to pass through.
What does white glove delivery include?
We schedule your delivery window based on your availability, which we discuss on the design consultation call. You can expect care and grace the minute our delivery team arrives at your home. Your table will be unwrapped and positioned in your room of choice. If assembly is required, they will take care of it. On the way out, our team will take all remaining packing materials with them.
What is so great about solid hardwood?
Solid wood is the most ideal material for furniture. Most companies that sell furniture like to use a veneer, which is an extremely thin piece of wood glued to mass-produced material like plywood or particle board. This type of construction is not one you can rely on for heavy use furniture items because of their rate of degradation. However, solid hardwood can last for centuries when it’s properly cared for.

It’s water resistant, and can handle heat up to 212 degrees. Because of its natural makeup, it’s important to avoid commercial cleaners and harsh chemicals that can weaken the finish.
If I move, can I easily disassemble, move and reassemble my table in a new location?
Yes. If you need to take your table apart to move, all tops can be removed in minutes with a hex key, which will be provided in your Care Kit.
